You know what, Affiliate Bitch hears this a lot. Just because affiliates work there website loving bottoms off does not mean merchants or networks don’t. Everyone in this industry is busy, it’s about patience. Be patient and if it is really that desperately important, get in your car, drive to their house in the middle of the night and bang loudly on the door. If it isn’t that important, try msn, a phone call (yes you may have to use your voice), email or a text. It is frustrating to not get the information you need, but I bet the person on the other side is also struggling to get the information! Hold your horse’s nelly!
